Exotic Dance Class-(18+)
Chair Dance Class combines sexy exotic dance moves using props and traditional strength training techniques focusing on shaping, toning and strength training.
Yoga Class-(16+w/adult)
Yoga Class with certified fitness trainer focuses on relaxation, toning, and strength training.
Pilates-(16+w/adult)
Pilates Class focuses on total body conditioning with an emphasis on core muscle training and flexibilty. Activate deep muscles, tone, streamline and improve posture with Pilates.
Yogalates-(16+w/adult)
Yogalates is a combination class of yoga and pilates and focuses on relaxation, total body conditioning with an emphasis on core muscle training and flexibilty. Activate deep muscles, tone, streamline and improve posture.
Kickboxing-(16+w/adult)
Kickboxing class is free form with certified fitness trainer and focuses on advanced cardio, toning, and strength training.
Pole Class I-(18+)
Beginner Pole Dance Class focuses on development of dance routine using basic pole moves, walking and upper body strength training.
Pole Class II-(18+)
(Pole Level I required) Intermediate Pole Dance Class concentrates on further development of dance routine using new and basic pole moves.
Pole Class III-(18+)
(Pole Level I&II required) Advanced Pole Dance Class concentrates on further development of pole dance routine using advanced moves such as inverted hangs, etc.
Pole Play Class-(18+)
Pole Play Class is for pole fun. Work on your moves with fellow students, create your own routine and practice. This class is not for new students, we will have a spotter but is not for instruction. (To enjoy this class you must have successfully completed Pole Class Level One)
Belly Dance Ab Blaster Class-(16+w/adult)
Belly Dance Ab Blaster Class focuses on the unique style of Arabic dance while combining traditional strength training techniques isolating and targeting the abdominal muscles .
Latin Aerobic Dance Class- (16+w/adult)
Latin Dance Class, similar to Zumba, focuses on the unique style of Latin dance such as, the Salsa and Merengue resulting in a great cardio and endurance workout.
Hip Hop Cardio Class-(16+w/adult)
Hip Hop Dance Class focuses on the unique style of urban Hip Hop and is choreographed to result in a great cardio and endurance workout.
Working it Dance Class-(16+w/adult)
Working It Dance Class is a fun and exhilarating fusion of Pop, Hip Hop, Latin and Belly Dance that combines fast and slow rhythms for a great cardio, toning and sculpting workout.
Combo Class-(18+)
This combo hour has the best of both classes with a half hour of each Exotic Dance and Pole Dance.
Sexy Butts and Abs Class-(18+)
Sexy Butts and Abs Class is a fun workout using low impact toning techniques and strength training for great looking abs and glutes.
