Exercise Classes and Private Parties
At Tease Fitness and Apparel® we have a variety of dance classes to fit every interest. All of our classes are exercise related. Whether your preference is Yoga or Pole Dance we have an atmosphere for a truly wonderful dance fitness experience.
We offer Hip Hop Cardio Dance, Belly Dance Ab Blaster, Latin Cardio Dance, "Working it" Dance Aerobics, Club Dance Cardio, Kickboxing, Yoga and Pilates for ages sixteen and up. (accompanied by an adult). Exotic Dance and Pole Dance for ages 18 and up. (check the class schedule to suit your needs)
We use the highest quality brass spinning and stationary poles in our classes, so even the beginners can feel like experts. The pole class is first come first serve. We have fifteen poles available per class in our studio. A pole reservation is recommended to guarantee a space for this class. Please contact us for your pole reservation or more information.
Tease Fitness ® also offers private events such as; birthday parties, bachelorette parties, or just for fun. (use the parties tab for more information)
Boutique
We are pleased to have a wonderful collection of sexy lingerie and accessories including sexy boots and shoes in our boutique or you may also browse our online catalogs. Dresses, skirts, tops, lingerie, fitness clothing, shoes and more.
Tanning
The Totally Tan(tm) Airbrush System gives you a beautiful subtle glowing tan. Trained personnel will apply the tanning solution in a private setting. It lasts 4-7 days depending on skin type and is perfect for a special occasion or weekend. A full body application will take around 20-30 minutes or if you prefer we also offer indoor tanning.
